Guidelines

  • Payments can be made through VGen, Ko-fi or PayPal. (VGen prefered]

  • Orders and inquiries (outside VGen) will be done through email.

  • Work on the commission will only begin after full payment.

  • Commissioned works are for personal use only. Unless stated otherwise.

  • Explicit credit must be provided when posting works on your own website/social media. (See bottom of page for links)

  • Please provide references. Preferably images, but detailed text descriptions in bullet form may be accepted.

  • Major Revisions (pose, expressions, composition...) are allowed during the early sketching phase.

  • Minor Revisions (after sketch, colour changes, simple edits) are allowed during the flat colouring phase

  • Edits beyond very minor corrections after the flat colouring stage will require an additional fee.

  • If at any point you find a mistake in the work (inconsistencies between stages) I will correct it at no extra cost.

  • No refunds. Unless I am unable to complete the commission.

  • I own all rights to the works.

  • I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.

  • PUTTING MY WORK INTO ANY AI ENGINE IS PROHIBITED.

Basic Render:

  • Color gradients, Patterns, Simple cell shading

  • Basic background (pattern, outline...)

  • Highlight lines and coloured line art

For +15% of Total:

  • Detailed shading

  • Harsh lighting

  • Additional effects

Alternate REf sheet

For +15 USD:

  • Alternate colour palette

  • Alternate text

  • Minor design changes (extra or removed features, patterns...)

Does not Include:

  • New pose/character

  • Major design changes

  • Anything that requires redoing large portions of the sheet

Lineart or Flat Colours

For 30% off Total:

  • Clean black line art

  • Solid colour background

For 20% off Total:

  • Solid colours

  • Solid colour background/Outline
